blue windows bars when i play

in Everquest II
when i start playing, my task bar along the bottom is showing, as well a blue bar at the top with the minimize and red x button to close. how do i get rid of these so my game is full screen? thanks.

    I think theres a setting in the options menu....just click full screen

    if you mean that your playing in "windowed" mode...just hit Alt-Enter..that will swithch you to fullscreen
