Can someone tell me how to charge back?

in Darkfall

I don't even know where to go or how to cancel this... I guess i can't since it looks like they already stole my money for this mess..

Do I just call my bank and say charge back?

    Why would he not want to get his money returned if he isn't happy with the product or services received?

    well the account site does have a cancel option however hasnt been up today like everything else so..

    probably contacting your bank would be best..

     lol, you've been spamming these boards with new user names announcing your hate for Darkfall for weeks, yet you spent hours refreshing to pre order the game? Unlikely :P nice try. All you have to do is click cancel and poof, it goes away, just so you know.

    Sorry but that is just not true.The site has been closed for a very long time. Cant order or cancel anything..

    1) How do you know that he has multiple accounts?

    2) You work for AV, Mr Community Staff, you should know that the account page is down since yesterday.

    Since there has been absolutely no aventurine support, call your bank and tell them the truth...that you were scammed and did not receive product and services for the money taken.

    Well, more accruately, call the institution that backs your card. If that is your bank then fine. If that is just whatever credit card company you use then you call them. Calling your bank when they don't back your card is not going to do anything.

    At the back of your card is a phone number for customer service. That is who you call.

    Dont have to go that far.  Just call your cards financial institution and have them cancel the payment.  After several failed repeated attempts to contact aventurine due to the bugged constant queue issue, or failure to get the product or services for payment rendered, which is the case, you can prevent payment.
