This is a brilliant plan by Aventurine!

The delay is used to weed out the unfaithful weaklings and award the devoted hardcore players.

Don't worry Darkfall fans, Tasos is just testing those who are truly worthy to play this game!

    No this is all free advertising, but Hardcore advertising. Also it has Hardcore login, Hardcore billing and Hardcore servers. Hardcore Devs, Hardcore Fanbois and Hardcore download speeds.

    This game is so Hardcore it isn't working right now due to a massive surge of Hardcoredness that will cause another spate of rioting in Greece. This game is just too hardcore for me!

    I'm traumatized, I can't get on with my life, that 12 hour delay taxed me too greatly, I am not worthy! So unworthy the free play time won't even make up for it!

    Part of the hardcore experience is Tasos doesn't provide you with a server - you have to make your own server.

    Premade servers are for the lazy WoW carebears.


    Hardcore Darkfall fans must decompile code in the Darkfall client and reengineer the server.

    It's part of the hardcore experience!
