After addressing a couple of early issues the servers have been running very stable for several hours and we have a large number of players in-game right now.
It’s normal to expect more issues to surface in the next couple of days. We postponed our scheduled maintenance of 10am GMT for later until we can gather some more data and address anything that comes up in a patch later tonight.
We’re aware that some areas are experiencing sync issues for some players. This is a high priority issue that we are working to address as soon as possible. We know the cause for it so it shouldn’t take very long. We will keep the servers up while this is being fixed and we will bring them down for a patch later tonight. For now, players can move away from starting areas to improve their experience.
We have processed the problematic accounts that were never charged but received a successful pre-order notification. Only a small percentage of these were successful and we found out that this is because most of them contain incomplete or incorrect account information. We will try this one last time again tomorrow morning European time, and we’ll open up account management later tonight for these accounts to be able to correct their account data and credit information before we reprocess them. If anyone does not want the pre-order to be processed, they should remove their credit card information from their account. After this is concluded we should be able to open up sales for more Darkfall copies.

Sitting in vent with people that have been in the game for hours now. They are having sync issues but the game has been running stable for serveral hours now.
How lame guess they never made it to my account then.
Info is 100% right as they allready charged the 2,52 euro! But not the rest (yes i got money on acc, yes card works, bank checked for me)
But no DF for us tonight then

How the F**K was my information incomplete or incorrect when i was charged successfully 3 times.

God this place is FILLING up with trolls like clockwork. Fail some more big guy, 35+ Murder Herders have been in the server for quite some time now, having very few issues and no crashes.
I'd be there with them if I didn't have work.

funny how your account was made today and all your posts are in the darkfall forum. anyways im giving them some slack cuz i realize how hard it is to launch an mmo. hopefully they get this all fixed soon so we can all get in game. but then again i didnt preorder but i do understand how ppl are angry with them with the account manangment screw up

strongaxe, if there are sync issues, the game isnt running stable. I do hope they do resolve the issue shortly. Yes, I am a "troll" but I do hope this game succeeds, I just have issues with how AV does business. Also, can you get some of your friends in vent to do a write up of their game experience in here. I would love to hear.

Just seems like a stall. They had my account charged 3 times for the pre-pre order charge, but they didn't take it out. So, I know my info was right. I think if they would have really tried to re-submit it, it would have been approved and charged.

Yes and No. The beta wouldn't have been able to help the billing problem because that system would have been skipped entirely, but the syncing problem could have potentially been forseen by a larger beta.
