Did any of you do multi-preorders on your CC to different accounts for friends or family? I preordered for myself and 2 friends and was wondering if anyone has done the same and are currently able to login and play?
No, but my account was charged the pre-order and the purchase price and Im still getting a #3 error. Since the other topic jumped off the map, does anyone have an email I can contact them at?
I doubt theres any CC errors on 99% of the peoples pre orders. AV just fucked up and didnt wanna assume responsibility. I was thinking of canceling two of my copies to hopefully fix something. But ill prolly just fuck myself and lose all preorders and start from scratch.

I am in same boat. Im sure there is no error in my billing info. I checked it 10 times. Really sucks because I was so happy when I got the preorder confirmation after 17 (seventeen) hours of trying.
I am sure mine is fine to, I checked multiple times after i preordered because I Was curious why I had not been charged. This is absolutly ridiulous. It just keeps getting crappier. Now they wont attempt to process again until tomorrow, then they may or may not open pre-orders again because I am certain those of us that received the email that they claim have incorrect account info are full of S$%^ and will have to reorder so now it looks like 2 maybe 3 days before we will be able to attempt the massive S$^% fest of trying to get through so we can order the game. sucks and they have absolutly no support you can contact for a little help, even if you could the 4 or 5 people working for AV woulden't have the time anyways.
they just don't have the balls to tell ppl the truth , they just don't want to say that they didn't do anything with this , they don't want to admit that they fail on this , and just waiting for nothing cause eventually we will have to fix the problem by pre-ordering again

No, its not up yet. My guess is sometime in the next 20 hours they will open it, allow us to change our info(im sure it will be another @#$% ;fest of trying to actually get on the webpage because it will be overloaded again), then 15 hours after that they will "try to process the orders again" if thats true or not who really knows, then they will inform us that those of us that it still does not work will need to reorder the game, which they will allow another 10 hours later, which will again be a matter of who is lucky enough to actually get through to preorder and who will just repeatedly not get through, im certain this too will be another massive overload on there servers. Woohoo!

I did that for myself and my gf having the same problem; and I know my account information isn't wrong.. as I shop daily online with my CC.
