Wouldn't it be nice for those who ordered the CE...

If they posted on their site or sent you a message or something to let you know that your order isn't coming?

Apparently, the collector's edition isn't shipping correctly due to manufacturing problems.  The thing is, they found it necessary to seal the regular cd's and the DVD's, but Not the collector's edition..  So, basically the collector's edition cd's are just floating around inside of the tin, getting all scrached up.  Aside from that, the tins are supposed to have a problem as well.  So, basically I get to sit around reading about how great the game is from everyone else, while I continue to play Halo and Star Wars Battlefront, waiting for my copy to arrive.

    the problem was that the tins were getting held up at customs.  fortunately you only have to worry about it if you ordered it from the station store.  I ordered mine through ebgames.com and its scheduled to arrive any second now

    Well, I've read that nearly every store that has gotten the CE has had scratched disks and banged up tins.  I hope that yours wasn't messed up.. Maybe they caught it in time.

    Um....where exactly are you reading this?  Your the only person Ive heard anything about this from.  But if it is true, it would be nice to hear something, and kinda sucks at the same time that those that payed the most for the game have to wait the longest heh.  imageimage

    So I called Gamestop and the clown there stated yeah we got em' come get it. The rep never even checked and blew me off. So I called later to verify and sure enough I was told that CE was not in stock.

    Bad customer service, try not to blow off people that are spending over $90 dollars on a game.
