Is long queue times due to alliance balancing?

Does anyone else suspect that the reason a lot of us have virtually neverending queues is that they are balancing the alliances and the human alliance has a vast bit more players than the others?

I have been waiting in line for about 35 minutes twice now and still haven't got into game on my human male.  If I could figure out how to delete my character I might test another race.

    No, the truth is the servers aren't up, but to make you think they are up the client tells everyone trying to connect that they are in the queue, but never lets them in.

    Tried: LotR, CoH, AoC, WAR, Jumpgate Classic
    Played: SWG, Guild Wars, WoW
    Playing: Eve Online, Counter-strike
    Loved: Star Wars Galaxies
    Waiting for: Earthrise, Guild Wars 2, anything sandbox.

    The queues seem to happen when you log in an existing character.

    I can create new characters with no queue...

    Humans are broke i would delte him and make another guy somehwere else.

    played M59,UO,lineage,EQ,Daoc,Entropia,SWG,Horizons,Lineage2.EQ2,Vangaurd,Irth online, DarkFall,Star Trek
    and many others that did not make the cut or i just plain forgetting about.

    Well playing Mirdain, which not a lot of people selected, gave me no ques, but my guildmates who were human and Alfars seemed to have a lot of trouble.

    Who knows though.

    The problem has nothing to do with balancing, it was a problem from beta. And, seems all the sides are about the same now because everyone is switching around like crazy people.
