Thank you for paying to stress-test Darkfall.
If things go well, I'll see you in a month or so.
If things go badly, I don't have to waste my ~$50...
So I think you deserve a "thank-you" from all us DF fans still on the sidelines.
I'm sure you won't be hearing any "thank-you" from Aventurine...
I thought it was funny that they offered you a whopping 3 free days of playtime, when they've taken so many hours of your life from you to stress-test their game. These people sure know how to treat fans paying customers like s**t.

Actually if I am not mistaken they gave 3 days then 30 more? I could be wrong, but if in fact they did give a additional 30 days free that was pretty nice of them, and stands to reason, because those people are indeed actually beta testing the game. No idea what the "testers" did before but the game has some major issues as WHITNESSED by a number of people playing whom have posted about problems IN GAME.

They have had 7 YEARS!!! to prep this game, 7 years to stress test it, 7 years to prepare for this.....

I was, but didn't get one. Might be a good thing after all. Time will tell.
It was 30, then they added 3. And as long as I can remember, a free month has always been given with the inital purchase. I don't really care about the money, I care about being lied to and then given some token gesture to try and placate me while they still can't get their asses in gear and pull this preorder shit together.
And I was a tester, what we did was tested. We had synch issues for a while too, and they were fixed. What we NEVER EVER tested was the impact of a significant number of concurrent users on the servers. We knew this was coming, we told them this was coming. They still proceeded to release without conducting an adequate stress test.

LOL I was wondering the same thing.
That was this morning that the particular mod in question was catching and deleting EVERY thread made in a negative light of darkfall.
Must have had a short day and went home at lunch time.
But yeah that was ridiculous to say the least.
I shit you not, I literally replied to 5 post in a row, and before I could even get the reply in, it said the thread was locked or deleted.
LOL I was like wow.....
4 out 5 of those were not even troll related, just topics asking why they couldn't play.

I agree as fence sitter waiting for payed CLT(close launch testers) to test game by paying and when game is playable in few months ill jump in THX CLTers!!!
Games played:AC1-Darktide'99-2000-AC2-Darktide/dawnsong2003-2005,Lineage2-2005-2006 and now Darkfall-2009.....
In between WoW few months AoC few months and some f2p also all very short few weeks.
