    so instead of whining about it and wasting your time being so negative, why no take the initiative, contact them and offer your services as an uber know it all web designer and make them a good robust system?

     

    It is not his job to offer his services. It is av's job to ensure everything is working properly. As well, the website is a mess. No forums and they have been giving annocuements through irc. They could of at least made a blog on their site or on wordpress at least.



     

    they dont HAVE to do anything. They can make the game as they want to and it is up to you whether you want to follow it or pay for it. If you are upset about how they have handled the game yet still decided to buy it, that is your problem and yours alone.

    If you want something changed it is up to YOU to change it. sitting there saying someone else should do it is pathetic.

     

    How exactly would I be able to change a company's habits? While I have some suggestions about what could be done better and have given a few, my word and the word of many others do not mean much to a company big or small. And no I have not bought this game if you were wondering. It is pathetic to think that a consumer has to step in and teach a company how to do their job. It is not pathetic to share your ideas and to say there were many things they could of done better. As said before, the consumer word, especially if it is someone like me who has not bought the game, does not mean much. 

    You seem to me misunderstanding my post as to say that I want them to change the game. That is not my intent. My intent is to say that some of their habits could be better regarding the website itself and what that entails. The game itself may be amazing but it would not matter if no one can get it or even knows that it has released (referencing to how the website has not been updated since the beta signup is still on the homepage).
