i am downloading the game atm just wanted to know if anyone not from the us had any luck with it?image

    yo, im from poland i got signed up and im downloading so i dont think anthing should now stop me on my way to play wowo Ob :D

    Yes my friend as well from poland got in OB so I doubt  they are bloking non US IP's,  They also want as many people possible onserver to do the last minute testing and stuff .

    Already in beta but it works for all countries on the list apparently.

    I tried it with a friend's UK address and it registered .

    So guess anyone can get in .

    As for playing from europe  on the US servers there is a few threads on it.Basically no unless you take the risk and tweak your CC details and hope.

    Of course you need to import the US version too.

    Well, got an account just a little while ago, and started downloading. getting about 100kb/s so it'll take the nigth to complete. Everything seems peach so far. Guess I'll see tomorrow.

    playing the open beta from europe
    i' am playing from Belgium, i din't requre to do anything special.

    i used a fake adress random zipcode, citty, street, (only state and stata code needed to exist.) no american proxy, a belgian email adress. 

    my acount was created instantly ready to play (i had downloaded the client a week ago and the patch almost 2 days ago) works perfectly :)

    alot of people got in open beta, blizzard has like, 30+ servers up just for open beta, im at  server 32 XD

    Yeah from norway too, and I got in!
    I don't think they have US Ip only.............but i have not finished DL yet, sooo.....it could be possible that we can,t log in or somthing......crossing my fingers

    norwegians can log in perfectly, tested the game last night and after testing a few diffrent caracthers i settled with a tauren hunter whom now is level 5.

    great gmae can't wait for the european release of the game.

     

    ohh and i registerd with my own norwegian adress etc etc no problem there

    I also got in.. at least i had no problem registering but im still downloading the client so

    I complete the downloading and i live in greece.!!

    Probalbly today i will install it also and try to connect to a server.I hope it will need any download (again)....

    major geza the only download you'll need after install is a few updating patches and they go down rather fast.

    enjoy the game i know i am, love how the leveling dosen't take forever like in FFXI, i got to lvl 7 tauren hunter in about 3 or 4 hours. took me about 9 hours to get to that level in FFXI, reason i leveld up so slowly in FFXI is also because i enjoy solo play the first 20 levels or so.
