- Just an indie company, that's why there are so many problems
-this last patch just fixed the issues that other people were having, but caused more issues for you. Opps..
-Customers have been entering their billing information wrong, that's why everything is messed up
-Too many people are trying to log in
-The team is small, and they didn't expect this demand
-It's their first game!
-Software/hardware/user compatability problems
-This is what they mean by hardcore
-Even WoW had problems on release!
-The Beta testers didn't test any of these issues
-Too many pre-orders trying to go through
-Greece Regulates our ability to do business, well.

The servers / network infastructure are experiecing a DOS attack

- Give it a few days/weeks/months and they'll work out all the bugs.
- All MMO's have terrible launches.
