Darkfall is far from a horrible game. It was amazing in beta the last week. They just reintroduced some game breaking bugs and sync issues. I honestly hope once this is resolved they do another wipe.

Well I'm not sure if you were in beta or not, but DF was an absolute blast for me and 90% of the people I played with so that's not the issue. The devs at Aventurine created a great game. The problem is that they suck the sweat off a dead man's balls at just about everything else released to developing and release a game...
DF is the best game on the market right now for pvpers once they fix the sync issues that are ruining the launch.
The "black-hole" issue for Humans is pretty game-breaking as well.
Not sure if that is related to the syncing or not though. If it was related to the syncing issue you would think that it would affect other races as well.

EQ2, (and to an extent EVE,although that was never that bad) is probably the best proof that you can, indeed, improve a crappy game.
Although its presently going back the other way.
