just making sure everyone is having this problem

ok so i missed the preorders, but i did register and make my account

when i try to update my billing information it says system timed out (in red) right above where i verify by reentering my password is everyone getting this too?

also

when i try to view the backorder page it says ERROR please reset your password.

 

im just making sure everyone is getting these 2 messages when they try to do the same thing.

    Nope, everything is good on my end.  Just waiting for them to open up orders again.  Not getting the messages that you speak of.  Sorry

    I had this problem and i had to make a new account to solve it. Some Accounts have a bug and do not allow you to save your billing info.

    ya i started the account setup with liek personal info 2 days ago and ive yet to recive and email to complete my account. i just wanna play the damn game and not to mention you cant make a new account cus the forums are all broken :(

     If you have logged in on another computer and then back on your main one, it tends to give those errors. Just log back in. No problems.
