    Have you been reading these forums the past few months?  How in the world could you give them your CC number and then act 'surprised' now?

    It's fine if you took a risk.. but don't come here and cry foul now.. after people have been warning you for months that this whole thing was a big con game.

    Call your bank and see if they tried to charge you. If they didn't, they lie - and does so, because they cant handle more people atm, with a broken server

    I don't know if you guys saw my post yesterday but I didnt change anything on my info but I called CapitalOne and allowed charges to Greece. Came through fine with a debit card.  BTW sorry about it I know how you feel.

     

    PS-if you dont have international Billing(to Greece)it wont show up at all on your banks end only as a denial on Aventurine's end.

    Mine went through, I changed credit cards, initially i tried useing a debit/credit, which is why i think it did not go through, so i changed to my straight credit card (I have a Visa nRewards) and I called my bank notified them a charge from Athens for between 40-60.00 would be comming through and told them not to block it.  Just got my email about 10 minutes ago that they charged me and now I Can log into the game( even though servers are down)  

     

    So thats how I got through the second time.

    this is what happened to me but that was yesterday night when i sent them a mail

     

    They said cc company rejected the charge

    I called the cc company and they said there was no charge attempt even and offcourse no refusal

    Also, if 2.52 was successfully charged then 42 euros should also be charged

    These people a liars

    I did the same thing. I said there was going to be a euro transaction  between 40 and 60$. I made a note not to block any transactions today that would involve Darkfallonline or Aventurine. My card has $6,000 on it.

     

    I didn't get an email one way or the other yet. It better work.

    Not part of the 2nd failed transaction but, I managed through, I first recieved an email yesterday saying it failed and to check info for errors and such, so I went in the management account, checked my billing info, everything was fine, but then I notice on the info on the left side, i had made an error in my Zip Code, theres 6 letters/numbers in my zip code and I normally type it such as XXX XXX, 3 letter/number then space then 3 letter/number, but thats where my error came from, theres only place for 6 character to be entered in the Zip box, and if you press space, it counts as a character, wich mean, instead of looking like XXX XXX it would look like XXX XX, meaning im missing 1 character,so i edited it all and dint put space to have is like XXXXXX, and today I recieved an email stating that the purchase was succesful. Hope this help some of you

    This happened to another person earlier, turns out that his bank accepted the first charge but when the second came through they thought that maybe his card had been stolen so they put a hold on all overseas transactions.  He had to call and tell them that it was okay and to accept the charge.  I recommend calling your bank and finding out if this is the issue in your case.

    Mine failed again! I did notice when I tried to go in and change/check my info for the 1000th time, that I couldnt enter my ENTIRE name this time. It would only allow so many characters.. do you think they figured out what the problem was?

    Some info about billing that might come in handy

    (New) People with names (on credit card) having more than 15 chars are not able to fill the "Name on Credit Card" field. This used to work before but now it stops at the 15th character, thus if you save your billing info with an incomplete name you may be rejected.

    If you are not able to save your Billing Info (timeout message) please try creating another account. Some accounts are bugged.

    If the Zip code is not displayed correctly after you save your info please remove any spaces from it and try again.

    People with Electron Visas reported problems validating their account.

    I changed to a new credit card last night and it went through today, I got the email earlier.

    My credit card was charged, money was paid, and the account is STILL inactive.  Second email explaining that the transaction failed. What am I suppose to do? paid over 45euro for thin air?

    I've tried two cards, both in good standing and have been used for European transactions before.  Not check cards.

    Got the second denial today.

    I'm at the end of my rope, moving on.

    I also got the 2nd attempt failed email. So I called my credit card company (AMEX) and told them I have been trying to purchase something with a european company, and have received emails saying it didn't go through.

    To make a long story short, they told me there has been no transaction attempts on my card since the 25th.

    Mine just when through at 12:54pm I called my bank yesterday to authorize oveseas charges and after submitting my info i never returned to the site. I'm not sure what the problem was because the bank said that they don't block charges from Greece.

    I had to resort to asking a guildmate to put his info in (as his was successful) hopefully they will try again. The stupid thing is, the fact that the initial charges went through fine.. and from the sounds of it.. most people's CC companies were also never even attempted a second time.

    Good luck on your email getting through, I have sent 5 emails, with copies of bank statements, and other verifying information that my account is still inactive, even though i've been charged. No response yet though.

    Luckily, the second charge whent through for me. I used a Visa Debit from the US. I also sent my bank an e-mail telling them not to block any charges from DarkfallOnline.
