-Physique impact was toned down. The speed increase/decrease maximum at rank 5 or -5 is now 40%, down from 50%

-Morale impact was fixed. The damage bonus only operated on a part of the player damage calculation. The bonus is now applied on the final value.

World and Interface

-Mobs on Parliament and Ringfell had their respawn time increased.

-Bosses in instances now award increased Fame and PeP amounts.

-Whisper reply was added. ‘/r’ will now open a chatline with a whispertarget set to the last player you received a whisper from.

-Local Chat will now be shown in Speech Bubbles. Options to change the behaviour of these Speech Bubbles have been added to the Interface menu.

Nothing in this patch sounds like it is going to waste.  Good to hear they are on top of things that matter.

Awesome! More patch news for TCoS. A game that only 100 people are currently playing!!!

Once again...another patch...and another week that NA/UK do not have the game. Keep up the good work!

Cry more. They just announced the US closed beta next week. They also announced removing the IP ban after that closed beta is finished.

I'm not sure I fully understand why a released game would be in closed beta.  I played the beta late last year, and it was already working fine and in English, so what's this beta for?  Seriously, I don't know.

Anywho, I think this game missed their window.  Few people seem to be following it now.  It's definitely flying under the radar.

It will be the Closed Beta for the game on the Acclaim servers. Probably a very short Closed Beta just to test the stability and load and such.

The game itself is fine really and pretty polished. They are missing some core features like a bank and a Auction System aka Trader. But you can still trade with people directly for the time being.

If Acclaim releases and the IP bans get lifted.... then I am sure a lot of people that left BECAUSE of the IP bans will sertainly give the game another go.

Well the auction house thing is kind of a moot point. Since the comments we are posting here are for the patch stating the release of the marketplace.
