WHOAH the server has now been down for about 24 hours 
This is if you aren't counting the 20 minutes it was up this morning approx 8am est this morning. But if you don't count the ~10 hours that it was completely synced out yesterday than it's been down much longer. I really hope I get to play tonight. It's a great game but the "3 free days" thing is turning about to be a stall which really pisses me off. 
This is a an amazing game don't get me wrong, but the lack of communication from AV makes it seem almost as if they are trying to drive away customers.

what can they say sorry for the delay of bringing servers back up we have no eta for server atm? thats allthey can say i would say server will be back up in the morning maybe late tonite central time

This has always been Aventurine's short suit. Doubtful they's improve on it now.

Sorry we released a buggy game that you really just can't play yet.
Sorry we didn't listen to the outcry for a more extensive beta test.
Sorry our "advanced AI" and "stress" testing didn't take real world conditions into account.
Sorry you paid for a game that wasn't ready for release.

It is common to see problem at launch. I wouldn't worry about it. Have seen worse.
I could care less how many hours the server is down as long as they don't bring it back up in the condition it was in when it launched.
The hours they kept it up at launch was a waste of time not this.
It's even harder to take when AV gives you time frames in-game. Time frames that they MUST have known are untrue. If they were smart, they would have said, "We need to take the server down to apply a patch and test." Instead, they had to say, "We need to take the server down for 10 minutes to patch..."
When are they going to learn?
I think they communicate a whole lot.. They are just not giving me the news I want to hear and backing it up with solutions.
I can understand it is hard for them because the problems are difficult. But damn it... Cant they just activate everyone's account and then keep the servers online for ppl to have fun. Then wipe it all when they have pinpointed the problem?
Damn it,... It wont be long before everyone starts raving about refunds. .. Its getting there. Trust me.. Soon this fucking forum will be full of refund threads.

Please stay tortured for 4 days, then we will give up on you and let you buy it when sales open up God knows when. And then you will fail again and you will completely give up on the game while we focus on the playerbase that managed to get lucky and get active accounts.

Yea, but anyways.. 8 hours isnt very long. I would call that a recent update.
What would you expect them to tell you? A specific ETA for game coming back up? I agree thier method to keep their customer base, and fans...potential or otherwise, updated is a bit unconventional but im sure they will address that as they are able. Frankly if Tasos and company arnt partying on a boat in Glyfada bay with a bunch of pretty russian girls, the only other option IS they are working hard to get the game back up. So hang in der!

Sorry the account you created was bugged even though you could log into it and not save your billing information, thinking it was related to server overloads, thus depriving you of the ability to pre-order. Our bad, since creating a new account allowed your billing info to be saved with no problem. OPAH!
