If you recieved 2nd Fail notice, are you no longer Pre-ordered?

I'm curious if the wording on the email:

"We’re afraid that your transaction for the purchase of the Darkfall Download Client has failed. If you feel there has been an error, please contact your credit institution for more information.

If you would like to try again, please check Darkfall account management for product availability."

Indicates thats we must wait for product availability. Does this mean our pre-order (even though most people were charged for it) is no longer a pre-order? Cause if so, that's ... beyond words, as most peoples CC companies are saying that there was never a second attempt after the first payment (of 2.52euro); mine included.

    I would assume so. Check your zip code. Or inform your bank that your making a purchase in greece.

    Already did that, and it its a card I make transactions to europe, asia etc. weekly.  It was only attempted once (the 2.52 euro; which was successful) it was never attempted a second time. I even changed my information to a member of my guild, with his billing/CC information (that had a successful transaction) and it STILL got rejected the second time.. even though he successfully pre-ordered his own account.

     

    So I'm going to assume it is NOT the CC's at fault. And if our pre-orders are canceled for these unexplained reasons... that's really shitty. And the worst part of it is... there is no way to contact them. I've emailed support with copies of my bank statements and never once got a reply.

    This sucks so bad,.... It goes beyond words. This is the worst amateur billing system ever.

     

    Aventurine should have gone with paypal.

    i would say umm i removed my cc info and put it back in and mine went throw the second time

    there going to have paypal after this but they shoulda had it for pre orders 2 i would say keep contacting them

    throw support about it they will probly try another recharge. i would say change your info back to yours tho.

    alot of the issues where caused by all the hammering the account page was getting

    It doesn't make any sense. First time around my CC was billed for 2.52, then when the 25th came it failed.. ok fine, I contacted my CC no problems.. so just incase, I had someone whom had a successful pre-order, do mine instead and i'd paypal. Well his failed too for my 2nd failure notice.

    So how exactly does it make sense that my CC was billed for the 2.52, but not the 40+. Then when they asked us to change, I used something that actually worked for a player for his own account, but it STILL failed for my 2nd attempt? Isn't it possible that it's an "account" not CC problem?

     

    Plus we don't even know if we still have the pre-orders that we actually paid for...

    This is exactly what I did. They still failed it another time.

    I also sent the support an email complaining. .. And yes. But paypal or whatever. They should just make it work. I dont care what they do. Theres nothing wrong with my details and the server wasnt lagging this time when I changed my details and re entered everything. I doublechecked about 5 times.

     

    .... This is not our fault. Aventurine is seriously fucking up something in their billing system. They must not understand how to bill a person through visa, mastercard, etc.

    My only request is to let those that had a 2nd failure notice, pay through some other means via paypal or do SOMETHING to help us. It Obviously is a common problem, and i'm sure alot of people are with me, in being pissed off about being charged for something we reserved, then not only not receiving it.. but having to wait to buy it again?

    I preorder for 2 friends and me, all 3 precharges of $3~ went through. When it came time for the full charge though I received a Failed Attempt. I'm guessing I'm down $10 and will have to wait for them to reopen new orders so I can make a new purchase... Though from the IRC updates, Brannoc has let the team know some people have failed to be charged the 2nd time, so maybe we can be hopeful for a 3rd attempt?

    Not sure a 3rd attempt will help, though I want to try again since as of right now there is nothing, no customer service, no account help, nothing outside of a generic email saying try again. There are people whom have successfully purchased and were playing that had their CC's fail for friends accounts or 2nd accounts. And when CC companies are reporting back not to have even recieved any form of request of payment.. then something is wrong.
