    It's not always online, no. Generally, either they're up or they're down. The Admin server usually came up shortly before the game server came up during Beta, and always before applying a patch for the rest of us to download.

    The admin server coming up now could mean they've got something they're testing out. The next step could be the server going back down or the servers coming back up and ready to play - with a bulky new patch for us all to test.

    once again there are no servers......

    There is only 1...I repeat 1 server...

     

    Notice it says server STATUS for ADMINS, not admin server.
