And unfortunately there is ZERO customer support to complain to. So hopefully now that the servers are back up, they'll actually do something about the accounts that are in limbo.

I know this might sound horrible, but have you tried repatching the game again?
There was a post somewhere on these forums mentioning looking for a file in your instal directory and running it to repatch the game to fix this issue for people who crashed out and got the error.

well i think the servers died again, so you might be fixed once they come back up.

What I'm hoping is that it's actually the login server that's having issues and they are getting it up to speed. It would suck if they dropped the server every time someone bought an account.

I am as well I haven't played yet due to downtimes but I have gotten my confirmation email saying have fun playing your account is active.
i got confirmation they took my 42 dollars.. but still can't log in..
