Recommend A Server

in Age of Conan: Unchained

Hey there folks. Just wanted to know if anyone could recommend a good server for me. Since each one says medium load I can't tell which to pick. I'm looking for a sizeable population with friendly players, perhaps some roleplayers and preferrably not PvP.

Any recommendations you have would be greatly appreciated.

    Sounds like you can't go wrong with Wiccana or Set.

    Cimmeria has some good RP in places but also the PvP.  Tyranny is all PvP from my experience.

    Wiccana has some good RP, check out the official forums under the server specifics. Set does to. Would be a coin toss in my opinion.

    Ah alright thank you very much. I'm more inclined to pick Set for some reason but not sure why. Will check it out. Now, I haven't done any PvP in AoC yet (I have a lvl 30 char on another server) and am wondering if it's a gankfest on the PvP servers or not. If not, I'd be happy to check out Cimmeria if the RP is good.

    Set has quite a few devs that play on there :) Cimmeria will be a rougher in PvP terms as it is open world still on there compared to Set or Wiccana.

    Good luck in your choice though, hope you find a good place can call home!

    Wiccana is a great server. really easy to find group.

    Well, I just tested Agony, and Cimmeria, both have a very poor community.. Cimmeria looks like the worst one, but I didn't left tortage (can't make lvl 19 to get out of there). No one RP there, evey thing you see is players lvl 25 killing lvl 10-15. So my question is: out of tortage the things comes better? or still the same "joke"?

    I ended up picking Wiccana and so far I am liking it. I'm already lvl 22 and picked an assassin this time around. Name in game is Feignender if anyone wants to look me up.

    Cimmeria does have some good RP out there: forums.ageofconan.com/forumdisplay.php

    Roleplayer episode 2 is out today :)  forums.ageofconan.com/showthread.php

    Agony is a fresh start server and has a way lower population. I can't comment on the quality of that population though.

    It's a bigger wider / brighter world outside Tortage!
