Kinda hard to be optimistic after you follow this game for a day or so. They said days ago that they would open up the shop "soon". First they had to fix the preorders...no wait they will get to preorders after sync issues. Done with sync? Ok now time for...ohh wait another huge bug. Got that taken care of now lets do those preorde.....damn hold up now we have log in issues. Etc, etc.
Id say opening the shop is a solid last on the list of stuff to do.
