I'm far from a "fan-boi". The game has released with limited slots. Adventurine didn't have a publisher so you have to buy the game from them on their site. Unfortunately for some, those limited slots are now taken. You have to wait to get in the next wave of slots. And, is their such a thing as a "paid-closed-beta". Sounds like a stretch to me.

It all comes down to this. If the company calls it a beta test or phase then it is. If they call it a release, even though limited, it is still a release.
This is a limited release, or headstart, if you want to think of it that way.
You as a troll can call it what ever you want, but the comapny has officially called this a release. So guess what.....IT'S BEEN RELEASED!

I really wana Pay 2 beta, i dont mind loosing 50 bucks. If i should get in today i would have been home playing it instead of going out and party, saved me more then 50buck and perhaps some trouble he he.

As i already mentioned, they're stress testing the servers. Until they're not done with it, I'll deny that it's a limited release.

imo its "released" beta players and a few others lucky enough to get in when pre-order was up for beta players.
Since then nobody has recieved a pre-order..
So this start was based on first AV giving beta people a free ride and letting few not in beta to get in..
Since then forums down, pre-orders down, and game down ...
And the server is so filled with hacks exploiters and cheats who actually would want to get in now lol..
I pass and i thgink a lot of people now will never ever buy this game..
And obviously this brings a new historical level to the name "release"...
