WoW servers were overrun by players on launch. So Blizzard was forced to set server queues in place to prevent the servers from crashing and till they got more hardware to set up more servers.
Aventurine limited the amount of Pre-Orders so they could handle it and control it.... and what do you guys got now? Queues.
