Why didn't they just say "we need your order because we're broke"

How many orders do you think they would have gotten than? Oh? Not so many right?
What if they would of said "Hey the game is bugged and untested and no where near commercial quality, and we need funding to keep developing it".

They think that only brainless bunch of fanboys are following this game.
What should have happened was they pushed release back at least a month and opened up pre-orders AND open beta.

This company and the idea of the game is a joke, to think a low level company such as AV would be able to pull this style game off was LAUGHABLE! and the idiots that fell for it are now wishing they had their 50Bucks back and the countless hours they spent waiting for the game servers to go online.
The IDEA of this game is a joke? Your kidding right? They are the first to "think outside the mmo box" for a new game. This is the first game with a different approach to gaming. And I disagree with those that pre-ordered wanting their money back. What they want is for the servers to be up and stable, not a refund.
