Should we be compensated?
How do you think AV should compensate for the people that can't play right now
By this i mean the people who preordered, and purchased the game ( they took out your 50 dollars from your bank successfully) but get the account not active error or a form of it when trying to log in.

You mean beyond those 3 free days they gave you? I don't know, that's asking for an awful lot...
Well considering it's now passed the 3 day compensation that they gave for the initial downtime, I would hope so considering alot of people STILL are dealing with account inactive.

The game having bugs and not being able to be played is one thing, but me purchasing the game and not being able to play for a whole other reason is just rediculas.
You took the spot I had in beta wtf more you want. I will buy your spot. There you go, full reimbursement. Can't beat that. Not taking that offer proves you're getting your money's worth.

I expected problems... i didnt expect to play for a week and i really don't care because killzone 2 just came out

Ah my bad haha. Well they gave us three days so untill those are up you cant really complain.
Have you considered the possibility they might give those unlucky accounts 2 more free days when they get their system working?
Of course they could just ignore it all together aswell, but seeing as they already gave 3 days they might give some more. Or maybe it's whishfull thinking and you'll lose out on those 2 dollars that you paid for 2 extra days of waiting

Frankly i see it as they have a full month to make the game good, once i start paying is when i can start rightfully bitching.
They did say some people that pre-ordered and were not billed and allowed ingame were people that imput billing information incorrectly so it might not be there fault for a portion of pre-order people that can't get in.
Yes they should have a server restart in 3 weeks .
Its not fair to let ppl lvl up why the others that have the money and are wanting in the game to play the same day they all got in.
This is a disavantage and disavantage = hack / cheat.
Anyone that has advantage over someone is called a hack/ cheat!
So i say have a sever restart in 3 weeks from the time everyone gets in.
But i think i know why they dont let everyone in. They started out with one server that is all the money they had to start the game. So here what i think there going to do , there going to let as many ppl on as there server can hold then take that money they made to buy another server , Then once they get that other server up there going to repeat this to get more money to set up another server . This is how a small bizz get going!

Did any one read the OP's post. He said if you were charged for the game and cannot play. I take it he was fully charged, with a statement on his CC claiming 53 euros or w/e was taken from him, yet he still cannot login due to login issues. You guys need to get over yourselves and atleast attempt to help these people. I mean, these people are trying to be apart of your community. And since Aventurine is sending these players here, since they have no forums, atleast try and help. To answer the OP, I think the 3 free days and your month start once your able to login. I doubt they would penalize you for your account login problems. The only thing you can do at this time is wait and be patient until they get there issues resolved, or take the next step of action and do a chargeback on your CC until these issues resolve themself and you can purchase a copy of the game without these problems. They may also extend your freetime depending on how long it takes for you to get in-game.
You are right. It is not all because of money though. They told us here while back that there are reprocussions if they order a bunch of servers without knowing what capacity was needed.
The problem is if they started ten servers but only had the subscribers to fill 5 servers then there would be ten servers with half the population needed to make the game feel populated.
Because of this they are making certain that every server they start reaches full capacity. Then they will open up another server for the masses. It's because players are mobs and the worlds massive.
They won't be able to merge servers down the road like other mmo's because of player built cities being owned in both worlds by different clans. Impossible to merge so they have to manage the population carefully.

i wouldnt expect much. as they only gave 3 days extra (30+3) if you ask me they should have given (30+30) aka an extra month or atleast a week free. but instead they gave 3 days which if you concider it.
you just wasted about 3 days waiting for them to reload teh server.. so your free days are already spent O_o
honestly though you paid 50++ bucks for a beta... normally beta = wipe at the end... which makes me wonder what they will do when they go offically live.... (yes i know right now they are live but they havent offically stated they are full release and given their problems i wouldnt call it a full launch)
BUT in my honest opionon i wouldnt expect jack from them in compo..
