Did they ever solve the name issue?

I am referring to the fact that if you made a char, deleted it and attempted to use the name again it was already taken. 

Not sure if this was a feature or not, but I hope not.

    I was HOPING it had to do with the sync issue.  Never know how code gets tied into other issues. Haha.  O well.  Now I have to dig deep for a new name.
