not registered error

in Everquest II

after the eq2 finishes the update, i click play and it says i am not registered...i was playing yesterday, so i know for a fact that i am.Any suggestions?

    Servers are dead, SoE is having some major issues right now :)

    and everyone is getting that error, or can not connect error

    I wonder if we can organize some sort of class action law-suit, so we aren't charged subscription fees for days the servers aren't accessible.
