Sure you may try to find someone who hasn't loved what he saw and persuade him to sell his account but I doubt there will be lot of such persons and even if you'll succeed you should be prepared to be asked $150-200 for and not less...

It's still in beta and the people who have pre-ordered the game are still gonna be beta testing it. its a pay-beta-test game atm.
If the game was worth a damn someone would invest and get them another server.
