in Everquest II

Arrrrgh!

I preordered EQ2 from EBGames a few months ago. A copy for both my wife and I.

While I was given free shipping, it was of course a 3-day version.

Fine, we can wait. Got the UPS package today... and there was only 1 copy of the game inside.

The box was clearly sized for 2 games, the receipt said 2 games, the box was folded closed - but did not (ever) have tape sealing it.

I suppose someone along the way snatched my 2nd copy.

On the positive side, EBGames is overnighting me a replacement copy for free. They didn't really question the event either - makes me think they have seen it a lot recently. Can't see where they could have done anything better from customer support viewpoint. So they get a image from me.

    Stuff happens, maybe someone stole it, maybe they packaged it wrong, but either way they are making it up to you, so I also give them a ::::20::

    i almost fanatically buy my games at EB, i have never had this problem with them. but, its good to know that if i did, they would replace the copy without question. i had something similar happen though, in the stores now they take the discs out of the boxes so people dont steal them. i went up to purchase a game and brought the game box to them, paid for it. when i got home there was no disc inside. so i drove the five minutes back to the store and they did replace it no question. so i give a image also.
