Okay people. I posted a poll similar to this elsewhere, but since it is hidden in a thread, I decided to put it more out in the open.
We have a great website here for any mmorpg fan I do believe. Spam-free. Pop-up free. And best of all, it's simply "free". So, they always have ratings for all the great, and uhh not-so-great mmos out there, so I think it's time that we FAIRLY and HONESTLY rate this website! 
Also, if you honestly rate this website with answer C or D, please feel free to reply with realistic and creative suggestions on how you feel it could be better and make you like it more
Also, please keep in mind the purpose of this site. It isn't responsible for game content or the quality of the mmorpgs in any way, shape, or form. It is simply a tool to show the majority of the most popular graphical mmorpgs that are out there, give some info on them, provide average reader ratings, screenshots, links and also provide forums like these to allow everyone to voice their viewpoints.

To calculate the average rating after 23 votes thus far...
1 F vote = a 10 because as he explained above, he thinks it is actually "above" a 10, the highest possible score.
3 votes for D or a "4" score. (3/23 = @ 13% that it currently shows) Add 12 to the above 10 (3x4=12)
2 votes for C or a "6" score. Add 12 to the above 10 and 12 scores. (2x6=12)
4 votes for B or a "8" score. Add 32 to the above 12, 10, and 12 scores. (4x8=32)
13 votes for A or a "10" score. Add 130 to the above 32, 12, 10 and 12 scores. (13x10=130)
So, 130 + 32 + 12 + 10 + 12 = 196. Then 196 divided by the 23 votes = 8.52.
Average score of this website after the first 23 votes as I calculate = 8.52
Now, if we add the same curve they use to all game ratings to "zoom in" on only the positive ratings we would first find the score that is exactly between 8.52 and a perfect 10. This is calculated by 8.52+((10-8.52)/2) = 9.31. Then we would figure out what you would have to multiply the 8.52 rating by to reach 9.31. 9.31/8.52 = roughly 1.09. This is the curve for this score.
So a raw rating after 23 votes of 8.52 and a rating they would use for the games of a staggering 9.61 !!! WoW !!
A 9.61 rating !!?! (or 8.52 raw rating) Not bad! ...for a free website!

My thread got locked (im surprised :P), its my opinion about mmorpg.com.
Its sad but from various post ive made (fake EQ2 vs WoW post, Age Poll, various post directed toward flammers/fanboys/trollboys/kiddies) it seems like most user are in that category.
To all of the other, we need to clean this place up, stop posting about wich game is the best, it will help a lot because they wouldnt have anything to say if it wasnt for those post.
I rated it a "B".
It would be an "A" if some of the problems with the forums would be fixed, like pages not loading alot(though actually the last efw days this has been MUCH better), posts never posting, and some other small things.. oh, and that damn ad I see every time I click on screenshots. I don't care about other ads, but that one just sucks.
And nobody uses Live Chat.

Some people consider our news alerts spam - but that is something that you had to ask for when you signed up - and something you can turn off in your settings. Aside from that I don't know why you think this

This site starts with a rating of 10. There are no star-farmers. Once they find out mass quantity posting /lowers/ their rating, they disappear. I love it.

The only problem I have with the site is when I type a really long post and post it, sometimes it logs me out, then the post doesn't go through, when I click back it's expired and I've lost my post. I type in wordpad now and paste to here so I can't lose it but it's still a little annoying.

Why I dont always agree with the mods, I must say that you wont find a better site around for any genre.. Considering its free and they provide a great place for us to moan, whine, brag, praise, ect MMORPG's.. These guys have done a great job and I thank them for providing this site for us all.
Dont know where I would have been game wise if I didnt find this site after Funcom Killed Anarchy Online for me.

The site itself is great and the admins and moderators do a good job for the most time, it's just certain things like the ever repeating EQ2 vs WoW debate jumping in every other thread and the fight over hype rating that irks me.

Well unfortunatly I only use mmorpg.com for info on upcoming MMORPGs (including screenshots, URL to the company and info), the forums and the Cool Comics. I LOVE GuComic's strips! ExtraLife started to suck ever since they never got off their damn HalfLife 2 series with that stupid robot.
Cause to be quite honest, MMORPG reviews are late... very freaking late. I had to get a game review for Rise of Ryzom of IGN.com and other fansites, when it took mmorpg.com forever to get a review on the game. Same went for other games. There wasn't a review of Lineage II for a good 2 months after launch. Again, I had to go to other webpages that played the beta and managed to get a good review out a week after the game was released.

Well at least they did a fair review of the game. Gamespot also did a review (around 2-3 weeks after release), the reviewer played up to lvl 20 wich take around 10 hours of play and wrote a crappy review because he didnt took the time to understand the game (some major false statement about gameplay and about history). He give it the lowest score of all mmorpgs (lower then L2... or any worst mmorpg your thinking about) when most other mmorpg related site give it a medium-high score.
From all the various reviews of ryzom ive seen, mmorpg.com is one of the most accurate. Maybe its better to wait a little then to write a review about a beta (no content) or a freshly released game. I think an mmorpg should be played for at least 40 hours to write a proper review and beta doesnt count since its not a complete game.

its ok not really and great reviews or any videos or anything but it is free and not ign or something simular
its a nice forum and some of the community is mature for the most part anyways
so i have to give it an 8/10

I'd say the best site for MMO game resources.
MMORPG.com and GamerGod.com serve 95% of everything I am ever looking for for MMO's. I voted 'Kick Ass' as this is the best MMO community around and the site's guru's actually seem to give a damn!
