Did the store open?
I just got back online at the last thing I saw was a post that had message details confirming an order. The DF forums went down right before I could reply and ask.
Did the shop open or is it bs?

I got into the store literally the second it opened and was able to get a copy of the game. So I can confirm it was open for maybe 1-2 minutes. I do not know if this is the sales window for today. Tasos said he would post before they went on sale for what it is worth, so there may be possibly more later.

i'm optimisticly hoping that they just brought it up for 1-2 mins to 'test' it before doing their official announcement and opening.
Also: Did the 'backorder' option disappear from your account page?

Heh I tottoly suport the acount page refreshes, but the form stuff is pretty rough. I normally just get a message saying the forms are too busy so I'm not getting any information.
My opinion matters to everyone...
This could be the worst launch I've even seen. I don't even know WHERE to look to buy the game if I wanted to. Their own site doesn't list ANY information about the game at all. They have months old infomation on their MAIN page. Retardville. I was thinking about trying the game but after seeing that they can't even manage their own web site properly, I'm inclined to either skip it entirely or wait a few months to let them get things sorted out.
yeah how we meant to know when to refresh and buy if forums are down and can't refresh to check if shop is online yet...

The game is having trouble taking off, they have a bit of a fan following. also when the pre-order is only put on sale several hours prior to launch, and only limited copies, it makes life difficult
snyways, how are you ment to knwo when shop is online, when you are not allowed to refresh page, and forums where we are to be notified aint working because they are being hammered?

Lol.. I can see massive amounts of fanboys sitting behind their computers with a stopwatch, making sure to only hit f5 twice every 10 minutes. It's really a shame they don't have the resources to deal with the demand, getting an account will be similar to winning the lottery for the next week or so. At least they're letting people in again quickly.

I don't think it opened yet, we'd see many more "bragging" posts from those lucky enough to score an account. Aventurine usually work a bit slower then they say, so I'd guess the shop will open up in anywhere from 10-30 minutes from now.. It will probably be up for more then 1-2 minutes before it gets absolutely slammed.
