Account problems
I have just learned today that apparently I was in the wrong place when trying to buy the game. When I log into my Darkfall account, I get 3 tabs: BILLING/INFO, The Shop is Currently Offline, and Support.
Where was I supposed to go buy that had this block of text people are copy/pasting into other threads?:

There was a PRODUCTS tab. You clicked on that, then you arrived on the 2nd page, which detailed that you wanted to purchase the game.
After that, there was the confirmation page, which required you to enter your CCV code click the'Buy' button.
Was it next to the other 3 tabs? I didn't see one.

yeah when shop is open I think you get to products page either by tab "porducts" next to others or link bottom "continue to order". link top right image here. i never got to products page failed each time.

So even if I didn't see a products page all I had to do was update CC info? Man I never even saw that 'continue to order' thing next to it either...
