I hate to say it....

But people who are so desperate to get this game, some of whom took off work, are refreshing the account page all day, people who haven't tasted the beta giving up all this time and energy JUST TO BUY A GAME, are quite frankly, idiots.

 

If somebody makes it *that* hard to buy their product and TAKE YOUR MONEY, when you are willing to hand it over, it makes them utterly incompetent and it makes the user who is buying the product a borderline idiot. It reminds me of the Mac fanboys, except Apple actually releases the products on time and actually has something to offer.

 

Aventurine has nothing to offer to all these morons waiting and wasting their lives to get the game.

 

You are free to waste your time to get this game folks, but honestly -- let them come to you. It's like calling up a girl who has no interest in you to get a date. She's not going to go out with you any time soon, and if the possibility opens up great -- but if you keep sitting and calling her, who is the bigger moron?

    I have to agree with this thread 100%,  For now im still playing LotrO enjoying the best story MMO ive ever played.  I am going to let Darkfall come to me.  I want to see some damn media, some Marketing campaign anyone comeing to me to play this game.  So far I have a clan that is rallying to establish our name in the game. 

     

    The problem with it is the game is so hardcore that all the hardcore players need/want anything that would give them the upper hand.  I am talking about the hardcore people who are the first to make  a toon on a New MMO server and powerhim to max lvl without sleep.  And darkfall has everyone of this hardcore players spamming there account page with refreshes.  So in a sense this post is pointless but i agree with the thread.  They are people who cant get laid.

    They can call me up, take me out for a slap-up meal, and then - just maybe I will consider giving them my money after the way they treated me....

    I actually jumped into the #darkfall in stratics IRC and for every person that was complaining, I just thought, "Wow, another loser."

     

    I counted quite a few before I had to go back to work :(
