EQ2.....should I?

in Everquest II
PC specs:
512 DDR RAM
Pentium 4, 2.8GHz
Radeon 9600 (256 MB)
1.- Will It lag?
2.- Can you play Frogloks from the beggining?
3.- Which are the most and less populated servers
4.-Will I be able to play it with nice graphics?
5.- How long it takes to zone? (see my pc specs)
6.-Any reason why I should buy this?

3. Not sure, check the official boards.
4. Well, you could probably play on High perf., or very high perf. So I would say yes.
5. Depends on the zone, but about 5-10 seconds.
