Can Evil's Group With Goods?

I know they live in separate cities, but can evils group with goods?  Thanks.

    Yes. people from diferent citys can group and work together, you just cant go back to shop together and stuff. everquest didnt want to make it so difent classes couldnt work together at all, they jsut wanted diferent citys and stuff
