Reminds me of what happened on the official AoC forums when the game launched. Paying customers who were voicing their concern or reflecting negatively on the game had their forum access suspended or revoked.
It was basically the same situation as this one. Valid complaints were being deleted and users banned or suspended. Well, we all know how well AoC is doing right now and horrible customer service and censorship are partially responsible.

That was at the very beginning. Once they hired some volunteer mods, everyone who said anything bad about the game got suspended.
Hell, I remember I had to send an email and complain to their community manager because a thread regarding gold selling and possible ways to deal with it was locked by a trigger happy mod.

I guess I should not be suprised.The way they are handling the release of this game is a laughable joke. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for 6 days while trying too order and pay them.After the fourth consecutive shut out in under 15 minutes I had enough and told em what I thought! Sad but they will not be getting into my pocket.....ever.

This remind me of PotBS lunch. The second you said something negative you were banned without any warning. Meh, it was one of the reason their lunch flopped imo. When those who build the game don't even let you talk its a real bad omen..

Someone said something about futur shop and in my reply I said how crappy the tv I got from them was. And that was it, never been able to speak again there.. none of my 3-4 msg were answered.
