Hi, could anybody tell me the purpose you play RPG? ok, my purpose is to make friends, make the role in game to be awesome and respected by other people, adventure, or something others, anyway, what is your purpose to play game?

To have fun ^___^ and at times it seems harder and harder to do with the way devs are desiging games these days. Too many games feel too robotic , I mean that style is fun when ur young and don't notice gameplay as much and just play the game but it's harder as you get older. I say again a game should be acting unacting acting , it is essential a videogame but to create the illusion of it being a world ( such as UO ) makes the game far more enjoyable as far as I am concerned , because that is what is so special about mmorpgs , to truely make a videogame feel like another world and allow the players to breathe a sort of life into the gameworld.
I enjoy playing MMOs because everything seems much simpler in them. Your character doesn't have to worry about anything. There are no taxes he needs to pay, he dosen't need to go to school, all he needs to do is survive. Its the simple life of hunting, trading your crafts or loot from hunting for a night's dinner. Go to a tavern talk about stories with friends, go to sleep and do it all over again.
You have no idea how quickly I would adopt that lifestyle if it could work out today.

it's not the purpose to play game, but the result if you addicted to game, so i suggest you spend more time with your family and friends in life.

I play to get together with friends/family. It's nice to have that common gaming interest with people I care about - plus if gives me a reason to hang out with friends and doesn't require drugs or alcohol.
My parents are in their 50's and since they stopped their partying days, they have no friends. I don't ever want that for my wife and I. I guess that's why we will be gaming till our last breath. It's MMOs through the weekdays and D&D on the weekend

birds of a feather flock together, it's a really exciting thing to play MMOs with whom also like it, and easy to be good friend. so make friends is the important thing to play game.
