Anyone remember these old school MMO's? Talk about first generation! Had better qualities than half the MMO's out now!
Ohh the good old days of dialing into a local BBS

Though I have fond memories of logging in to play stuff like Legend of the Red Dragon, I hestitate to think of them, or any other door game, as a mmo. Stuff like Tele-Arena, on the multi-line boards, where the action was live and not turn-based, that seems more of a forerunner to what we have today.
That said, I used to play multiple games of Legend at a time, logging in to board after board to do my turns, lol.
USURPER FTW!!! how I miss door games
LORD ... I almost forgot about that game haha. I remember popping into the pub to flirt with Violet, hear a song from Seth Able, then heading into the forest for a bit of adventure. Afterwards I'd head back into town for a bit of player slaughter before retiring under a shady tree.

Ah, no mention of Cripplewars/cripplesmash?! that game was priceless, or Pimpwars...
Those two were a little different than the norm, but still quirky and entertaining, and god the hours put into Tradewars..
