Iv heard that there is gonna be 3 so far only Operation Anchorage has come out but is it true they will release 2 more AND raise the lvl cap?

As far as I know, the second content pack will be released in a few weeks and it's set in pittsburgh. I'm not sure if the vault wanderer is your character or not.
The third one is coming in april I believe and the cap is going to be raised to 30.

In Operation Anchorage you will be playing a US soldier battling the Chinese invasion in Alaska I believe.
