Total space AoC requires patched?

Getting bored of war and havent tried AoC. I only have 33 gigs on my hard drive. Is that enough?

No, as you will need to deal with page file size, and caching of data. How big is that hard drive? And if that is all you have, how powerful is that system? It may not be able to run it.

AoC folder will be 20 something Gigas after patches, less than 30.
back of my box says 32Gb of free HDD space..and thats no including the patching
Mine is 25.7GB.
If you were to uninstall some stuff and clean up files you are no longer using on your computer you could squeeze out enough to play it.
if i'm not mistaken the install folder doesn't just grow exponentially with patches, in fact i have patched much more gigas into the game than the increase in size the folde has, ther's also an option to compress the files that reduces its size, it's not just like patches are added on top, they most of the time replace older files that are eliminated in the patching process.
It ends up around 26gigs, but I wouldn't install it on anything with less than 35 gigs free so you can defreg it afrer you are done patching (Oh, and btw, DEFRAG IT AFTER YOU ARE DONE PATCHING) otherwise it wouldn't have temp space for the dbx files...

My AoC folder is 26.7 gig, fully patched. I would recommend making a little more space if you want to install it.
Ye, game is around 25 gigs, But remember that you need around 15 % free diskspace at all times, both on system disk and disk you are running games from ( if they are seperate ).
If you dont have 15 % diskspace free ( or more ofc ) your performance will degrade ( over time ) and you will fragment your disks faster.
Playing games on a disk with less that 15 % free is usually not a good idea, especially with a game like AoC that utilizes swapping alot.
Trust me my PC is capable of running aoc, I just only have 33 gigs remaining on this HDD. I might just have to buy another HD for AOC as I dont like uninstalling games.

just make sure you have enough space for your OS to work. If you don't you will BSOD.
