Any Logic to where to buy spells?

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out where to buy level 3 summoner spells.

Is there any way to find where to buy different level of spells or just hit all the scribe shops?

    You can buy up to app II from NPCs, but anything higher than that you need to buy off other players, get it from a drop, or craft it.

    Welcome to enforcing progressively methods.

     

    I dont mind the better version to be drop or crafted, I do mind to a hierarchy done like that however, they openly enforced a particuliar way, then another, then another...LOL.

     

    But for a month only, I dont mind that much.

    Yup, everybody wants to solo, thats why we all play multiplayer games.

    You must be wrong, if the main market was people wanting to play solo, wouldn't they be playing single player games?

    Why do people insist on playing multiplayer games solo?  Isn't that an oxymoron?  Its like complaining that you can't find a group in Super Mario World.
