Why always no info GOA?

Why does GOA just never lets the community know what the fuck they are doing.
I read about patches, dates, updates etc and I see a well informed US community, yet here in the EU are left to speculation, rumours and left in a general sense of confusion.
I would assume news and dates would appear on the official EU website, but I can't find any information as to what is happening over the next few days. All there is, is information on events which have already transpired.
Right from the very start, GOA have dicked around, been late with everything and generally left fans of the game in limbo.
I KNEW I should have went US servers.
Am I the only one who feels this way?

no i have never bin a fan of Goa but i hope they start hireing more crew members or informers
GOA I believe lives on another planet. They haven't the slightest as to what they are doing.

They also have some piss poor website that I can only assume they got a squirrel to do, like all thier game sites.
If I came back to WAR I would go US I play COX fine with the american nation. Can anyone confirm we can pay for it without giving a trick address?
Actually I did play DAoC, and yes, I should have known better..
I thought maybe they would have learned from their mistakes..but unfortunately they are still shit.
However, I was annoyed when I made the thread. I couldn't find a single piece of information about when the new classes were officially being implemented.

But this info was not available until after the event had started. That was my initial point..They let us know after we already found out ourselves, whereas Mythic informed their community with times, dates and a full briefing before the event.
Yup after the disaster that was open beta in the EU I went the US route.
Although I had to import a US copy and after import duty it cost me over £50, but I used my UK credit card with all the correct details and it worked until I cancelled at Xmas.
And I just got my call to arms mail so the account must still be there.
And I had good pings on Sky LLU and O2 LLU (I changed ISP's last year) and it played well.
Humm.... we are stuck with any opentransit issues - opentransit = France Telecoms European IP network. As because GOA = France Telecom, and they are running their own IP network. Therefore we still have issues.
However, would love to hear if GOA are going to be running an ISP independent network (as mythic do in the US). You can buy gigabits of really high quality bandwidth at pretty knock down prices today. Can anyone confirm if the network on which the servers live is going to be ISP independent, or 100% owned/managed by France Telecom?
