Is this game really the new Lineage 3?

This game looks kinda like the new lineage 3 ecause of the cat avatar + It kinda looks like a world of warcraft inferno in that video as well. Does anyone know if there is an english verson of this to be released? ase well?

It is being made by some former linage devs.It is not Lineage 3.If remember correctly it should be in beta for Korea at the end of this year if remember correctly i will look for the link.It has no release date yet
