Did they remover the rest state? i was playiong beta and sudenley realized my bar was always in normal mode. So did they remove it or just supended it for open beta?

No... Im pretty sure rest state is whenever your logged out anywhere or spending time in major cities/inns. Anywhere in a major city or inn while logged on gets you rested and anywhere logged off.
Rest state is pointless. I was logged off for four days straight in an inn and after 6 kills my exp bar was back to normal.
So yes, rest state is still in.
And no, rest state is no longer there. It's pointless. 4 days of rest in an inn got me a bonus of about 300exp.
