Of course you could just feed the person proposing such an idea to the Mongolian Death worms, and then technically you didn;t kill them the worm did... then take all their money.
If you've ever seen "A SIMPLE PLAN" just remember one thing. CHECK THE BILLS! Seriously though, after watching this one would understand that there is nothing to profit off such a venture in the end.

Then put 500- $1000 cash in about 20 wallets. Then go to bars in the "not so nice part of town "and dropped one at each bar parkingtlot ( not entering the bars of course) in surrounding towns. Then take a drive to the nearest large metropolitain areas and go down to the entertainment district going in buying one drink with 1 100 bill at each club on the strip on the busiest nights of the week when the bars are slammed. And never spend it in a slow place or in your home area! The guys looking for the money would be running in circles in the bad parts of towns hunting those guys while you would be left with the rest of the cash Of course you would have to spend part of th money to accomplish this, but hey it was free anyways. Then keep driving to metroploitan areas and repeating for a while!
Forget the friend deal... What if you were a hired hit man... How much would you charge a head, for an average Joe/Jane

Depends on how long I know the person. 15million dollars is a lot of money. If its a kid I met in the beginning of the school semester, friended him, friends for maybe 3 months... I'd kill him. Friends I've known for years and continue talking to... no deal.
