For those who know about eh countdown timer on the Mortalonline website, its got less that one full day left. Have they actually said what its counting down TO? Speculation? Detective work with a strong hypothesis? It could be a countdown timer to teh start of the next countdown timer....

I hope it's the sign up for the beta. Or at least several screenshoots and maybe a ingame video.
I've been silent but have been reading/lurking on the MO forums for a long time now. I'm hoping it's a countdown to a beta application. After the debaucle with DF, MO is looking good. And I think from some of the posts, blog updates, and changes I've seen around the MMO world that it is obvious companies who are about to release games have become a bit educated that being open vs. secretive works out better.
Looking forward to see what it is tomorrow morning.

OK This game got my attention. WOOT I am excited about this. I wonder if or when they will ship the game to my gaming store? Can anyone tell me more on shipping dates?

well my countdown ended and then rest back to 26 min. i hit refresh and now the site wont come back up.
The same with forums. Now have only to wait site to come up...
Where themepark games try to hide that they are copying WOW, games like Mortal Online and Darkfall make no attempt to hide their inspiration

Star Vault AB: Beta sign-up and in-game Beta production footage
Today at 4pm Swedish time, the sign-up for Beta has been announced and ingame
footage has been released on the Mortal Online web-site

This means that gamers that are interested in participating in the Beta-phases can sign
up and get registered for Beta testing. The number of Beta-testers is limited and the
selection is made by the Mortal Online team. Depending on the number of gamers that
sign-up the number of game-servers available at launch will also be calculated.
The Beta phases are the final testing-phases prior to launch. They are divided into
separate stages for testing out different aspects of the game, and will end with the Open
Beta. Directly after that the Launch phase will start.

milestone in our development of Mortal Online. We have also been working very hard on
putting together some in-game footage from during the production, call it a trailer if you
like, which will show the gamers around the world some of the features of Mortal Online.

I got a "Download Highres" link so it's a video, plus the first splah screen with the Star Vault logo. Stuck there now.

Yeah I was following the countdown and then it reached 00:00:00:00 and then...nothing
reloaded the page but the server was being bombarded I guess and now I can't reach the homepage. Guess we'll have to wait a few hours to be able to enter the homepage and sign up for beta :S
Can you guys that actually have the thing working post a link please? The site isn't working for probably about 75% of us now.

Well, every once in a while I get to see whole website, though, right now, there's no changes on it.
I got the fourms to load once and it had 200 people on 1 fourms page.
