I have tried to roll destro on 5 differnt servers and it seems all the dummies play there.
Everyone has been rude and non helpful.
I am trying to give this game another try. Im 34 years old and would like to play with people that can answer a question and in general just have some kind of respect lvl for others.
I really wanted to play destro side so can anyone tell me if there is a server that might be right for me? or maybe even a guild on a destro server to look up.
Anyway thanks for any feedback!

Seems that Destruction is the new Alliance. In WoW, the only thing that prevented the Horde from being as popular as Alliance was the attractiveness of the races. Now that Destruction is evil and has half naked bitch Elves, there was really no stopping it from becoming the new Allianace. I feel bad for you.
Granted, Order has its share of idiots as well, but finding a guild truly helps. Unfortunately I'm a Dwarf at heart and couldn't suggest any Destro servers or guilds that might be good for you.

Why don't you play on the side of the good guys? Roll Order.
Destro = Hardnuts that really don't give a rats bottom as to your opinion or what kind of day you had at work.
Order = Church going anti sexual inneundo anti swearing part-time gaming police.

Whats a good server to roll Order on at this moment in time?
while i admit the destruction community can be pretty lame at times (Chaos is just plain horrible) i found them to be better gamers than the Order. Yet again i found (just like in WoW) Destruction seemed to dominate all but 1 or 2 of the scenarios purely because they werent idiots going for most kills.
i suppose it may have changed, i did leave a while ago.
MMO wish list:
-Changeable worlds
-Solid non level based game
-Sharks with lasers attached to their heads
I am currently playing Order in WAR and it's still the same. It's my observation that destro is much more organized than Order, and generally know how to play their class better than Order. Of course there are always exceptions, but generally I've found this to be true.
With the introduction of the Choppa and their insanely OPed AoEs, Order is pretty much ground up in most SCs (at least on Iron Rock).
As for servers, I play on Iron Rock and it's generally full every night so you can get into SCs or ORvR easily.

Do you like to gank or get ganked? Meaning, do you like to lose or win more? If you don't care either way, then server choice doesn't matter. Just go eeeny meeny miney mo and pick one if it's just for fun and giggles.
But if you are dead set on an Order class as you now say you are, there are servers you have to stay away from unless you don't mind losing a lot and getting farmed by Destro. *cough cough Iron Rock* cough*
But if you want to roll on some Destros over/over/over with them crying about losing.. pick another server than that one.

Iron Rock needs order , its high order an very high destro at peek hours .
guild im in their is Blazing Saddles .our guild level 20 atm .
bigest problem on iron rock atm is shill for destro"s "scout" order acounts that lead wbs into abushes .stand in door ways on keep takes an will not attack or heal but will have great consern we should leave a zone were about to lock to fight destro some where else.
guess some of thats to be expected .some dont understand why talking battle plans in regon chat is bad. or just say so what if they can listen in.

The freakin' Order lore encourages you to swear. "Chuff", a common word in the Dwarf vocab, means "fuck". Just because Order doesn't have bitch Elves doesn't mean it doesn't have naked High Elf chicks running around (or Empire, WHs are pretty hot).

This is from my own experience, had this french girl on order crying literally in tears (no joke) about swearing on ventrillo because she was scared it would stop us from being good players and her church didnt like it.
On the Destro side they seemed more fun in a bdsm we will bite your balls off and eat your babies sort of way.
Nothing to do with bitchelves, heck I wreckon Witch Hunter pistols turn as many people on as they do.
This is to do with the players not the lore.
Do as everyone else just turn the chat off..

My old guild sweared alot, I mean F-bomb pretty much every 3 words. It was funny though, it was an Order PvP guild. Like popin (sort of) mentioned, there are good and bad on both sides of the fence.
Instead of rolling Orde rmaybe you should check the forums for a 20+ year old guild on Destro side on your server.
This is what I did, I'm having a much better time. Don't let a few bad apples make you roll a class you didnt already intent on playing.

I'd imagine the Destro people you are meeting on those servers are also Order people on other servers.......I would find it hard to believe that many people would play this game and not dabble on both sides.
To the OP, the Destro side on Ostermark (a medium pop RP Core server) is pretty friendly and helpful. Of course, every server has its asshats, but I think we've got a generally good community going on that server.

Hmm, glad to see that I was not the only one who had problems with Destro side. It was my understanding in stuff I had read elsewhere that Destro was expected to have more kids on it (I'm guessing because of how evil that side is supposed to be? And kids being kids..). Regardless though, it got old REALLY quick and I ended up switching to Order. Perhaps it was just luck of the draw, but this server (Monolith) actually seems mature and people seem eager to help in quests.

I play a Chosen on Volkmar and people there seem to be nice. We need more good Destruction peoples on Volkmar anyway.
PvP games attract a different type of crowd than most games and the evil side tends to draw deep from that same pool of people.
My only suggestion to you is to pick a role playing server. The players there tend to be more civilized and well mannered. I have had nothing but good luck with RP servers or test servers for the last 7 years.
I completely agree, although I must stress that it is only fair to also abide by the particular rules for that server (if there are any, such as name restrictions, chat expectations, etc). Unfortunately the trial allows only select servers, and apparently RP servers are not among the chosen few.
