hey guys, just going through all the forums for games i would potentiall play again given the chance and im wondering if there is still new players for all the new content. i went through the game at release got level then then shelved it due to boredom...resubbed with the desert and pyramids expansion which i loved but only got through two of the dungeons till i realized i hated being walked through things...go here go there stop trap here trap there...is there any new players around still that dont do that? half the fun was going through and being suprised by falling through the floor or something. i think turbine has the market cornered as far as solid games but i cant stand being walked through all the dungeons.
This really is not WoW/EQ where Gear makes the man. Here in eVE, the man with biggest balls, willing to risk the most, will win. It is risk/reward here- not always wear best items 24/7 and beat the crap out of all else.

Alot of veterans like myself do tend to Zerg the old areas when lvling, but i know of several guilds that play it slow and dosen´t shout at people to stop (unless they are on a rogue) for traps etc.
If you would play the way you described just set up a lfm: slowplay, no spoiling, fitstimer or something like that and you should be knocking yer self out in the traps sooner or later.
im sure they exist, i guess i was more wondering if you guys are seeing them out in any kind of force. i usually tend to gravitate towards a "no rush/spolier group" list when i /lfg last time. thanks for the reply man

I think there is MUCH more of them now than anytime I remember : ). I think there's lots, and I mean lots of new players, at least in DDO EU. Much more popular is moving slow now too, we have even guilds like "Friends of Nice and Slow", which is essentially a non-rusher guild.
So I can answer positively to all your questions, I quess : ).

What he said my guess is that they can be found in the U.S aswell, and the DDO forums is a nice place to look aswell althou on the U.S forums you need a valid DDO account to post, on the EU forums you only need to registrate at CMs-webbsite to be abel to post iirc.
