Nothing for a Million

I just decided to ask, i have been looking for some kind of announcement for a while about the million mark of members, that the site hit a while ago. No one comments , not even the site made an announcement about it, its a big achievement, and i have not seen anyone noticing it.
PD: I posted this comment on the on-topics, because its about the very mmorpg site.

I didn't notice anything comming from MMORPG.com themselfs, but Teala was so kind to make a topic about it so YEAH there where people who made comments.

After coming back from a few years ago, I was blown away to see a million registered users.
Back in '03 when I joined, I NEVER thought there'd be that many.
I really hope that *insert game name here* will be the first game to ever live up to all of its pre-release promises, maintain a manageable hype level and have a clean release. Just don't expect me to hold my breath.
Well, the genre is a lot bigger now then in '03. The genre as whole had barely 1 million western players in '03
It is still very impressive though, the genre still don't hold so much people so the percentage of MMO players that are registerd users here are high, even though some people seems to have 2 accounts.
yea , no official announcement but there were several threads made by the users of the forums
In the end, perhaps thats the best way for MMORPG.COm to celebrate. Celebrations not by their own proclaiment but by the players.
