Windowed Mode

I like to multitask while I play games. Is there anyway I can put this in a windowed mode thorough the game or is there any 3rd party application that can force into that mode?

You should be able to do it through the options section on the launch pad before you enter the game.
While in game, press Alt + Enter to switch between full screen and windowed mode. However, to benefit from windowed mode, you'll need to change the resolution in the Launchpad game options to a resolution that's lower then your main Windows resolution.
